With over 16 years of global benefits management experience, I am the Global Senior Director Benefits at TTEC, a leading provider of customer experience solutions. I hold an MBA from Colorado State University and several certifications, including Global Benefits Management and Mental Health First Aid. I am responsible for designing, implementing, and communicating employee benefits and wellbeing programs across 24 countries, covering more than employees. I manage complex and diverse benefits projects, such as consulting and strategy, administration, wellness, compliance, retirement plan management, compensation, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off plans and policies.
