Coordinated Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) reviews, designed sub-assembly layout for air compressors using AutoCAD and contributed to reduction of scrap by developing a reline set strategy for multiple stations on the assembly line for New Product Launch. Implemented a new manufacturing execution system to enhance efficiency and productivity. Conducted assessments of assembly lines utilizing whole body assessments on Cummins Humantech software to develop and execute a plan to mitigate ergonomic risks on the shopfloor.
