About Tanvi Vardam
Not every transformation shows up in plain sight on a balance sheet. Some take shape in the way a Central Bank reimagines its people strategy, in how an NBFC rebuilds its HR backbone, in a FinTech choosing culture as its competitive edge, or in a Learning Academy in Africa opening its doors to capability building across the continent. In my 4 years as a People Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP, I have worked with organizations across India and MENA geographies, to reshape operating models, redesign organization structures, build competency frameworks, plan career pathways, strengthen workforce strategies, define compensation structures and craft people agendas that turn ambition into measurable impact.Prior to joining EY, I gained experience with ACG World’s Corporate HR team under Total Rewards, where I conducted audits and analyses spanning compensation planning for global increments, performance goal alignment, and retention insights through exit data. I also partnered on hiring initiatives, giving me a first-hand view from the other side of the table on how organizations assess and onboard top talent.Beyond work, I find joy in many forms of art and expression. I am a Van Gogh enthusiast with a love for copperplate calligraphy and painting. A self-taught player of the guitar, ukulele and keyboard, I also enjoy losing myself in a good book.
