I am a health informatics graduate with a passion for optimizing clinical practice and enhancing healthcare delivery. I have 7 years of experience as a brand manager and business analyst in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry, where I planned, organized, communicated, and implemented successful marketing and sales campaigns.I have strong skills in analyzing clinical environments, identifying gaps in workflows, and creating and implementing solutions that maximize efficiency and patient outcomes. I have proficiency in project management tools and a proven track record of managing end-to-end deliverables. I have recently completed a post-graduate certificate in Health Informatics from George Brown College, where I worked on the ideation and development of a CDSS application concept by gathering requirements from stakeholders using different elicitation techniques and submitted a business analysis package.I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling reports and presentations. I am proficient in software skills such as Figma, Balsamiq, MS Visio, and Lucid Chart for business analysis purposes. I have also worked as a customer service specialist for one of the largest electricity distribution companies in Canada and one of the top five banks in Canada, where I managed a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries and identified customer needs with comprehension and active listening skills. I have experience in offering credit products and resolving product or service problems related to the utility and financial services industries.
