   Highlights of my work: • Access Management & Metadata Standardization for a top Indian life insurer: Designed and implemented a comprehensive access control framework across 64 data domains and 46 user profiles, enabling RBAC and reducing unauthorized access risk. Standardized metadata with a robust data dictionary template to improve data stewardship and understanding. • Enterprise Data Governance Strategy for a financial services firm: Led a rapid governance maturity assessment and designed the firm’s data governance roadmap. Created policies and processes across 11 areas, built an operating model, and supported data quality and MDM strategy development. Spearheaded the implementation of a data catalog tool and designed data observability dashboards (DQ, pipeline, lineage, BI, spend). • MDM Modernization & Expansion for a global agrochemical leader: Assessed existing MDM practices across 8 regions, designed a scalable data model, and recommended a best-fit MDM tool by aligning tech and business needs globally. • Data Governance Program Design for the same agrochemical firm: Developed a target operating model and governance policies across business glossary, DQ, MDM, and lifecycle management.
