I come with a solid hands-on experience of around 6 years in conduct of phase 2 and 3 Clinical Trials in Diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular therapy area which includes Site Selection, Site Initiation, Site Activation, patient Recruitment and Site Closeout Visits with a quality mindset.Currently part of RBQM network on APAC level and working to implement risk based monitoring in the organisation.I was a part of one of the largest outcome trial conducted by Novonordisk. Successfully achieved recruitment of required patients in given timelines. Received Certificate of appreciation for outstanding performance in conduct of one trial. Strong interaction and rapport with HCP\'s for achieving good trial data quality and other expectations as per sponsor requirements. Successful implementation of GCP and Clinical Trial rules, regulatory guidelines and SOPs during the conduct of all trials.Faced Audit with satisfactory compliance and implemented CAPA in given timelines.Skilled in site management, data collection, attention to detail, collaboration with different stakeholders involved in the trial. Focus on maintaining data quality throughout the trial. Excelled in conducting training sessions for site staff by identifying areas which requires rigourous training and patient retention during the study. I am happy to be a part of Clinical Research where my contribution is making a difference in the life of patients!
