About Tanvi Jain

I’m a product designer who enjoys simplifying complex problems and creating clear, intuitive digital experiences. I’ve worked with early-stage startups and fast-moving teams where design decisions directly shape user behaviour and product outcomes.At Crenoir Design and Labs, I designed the end-to-end Resume Builder for Encase’s interview prep platform, introduced an AI-assisted writing experience, and improved onboarding flows that led to better user completion rates. I’ve also designed for very different contexts, from mental wellness at Tranquil AI to news integration in an OTT environment at DigiVive. These projects strengthened my research skills and helped me build a more thoughtful, systems-driven approach to design.As Vice Chairperson of IxDA VIT, I led design reviews, mentored teams, managed events, and worked closely with cross-functional groups. This taught me how to communicate design decisions, handle ambiguity, and collaborate effectively.I’m interested in roles where I can work on meaningful problems, learn from strong product and design teams, and continue growing at the intersection of UX research, product thinking, and interaction design.If you\'re building something interesting, I’m always open to connect.
