I am a very work enthusiastic person and have good hands over Recruitment process, I am currently working as an HR Consultant at Persistent Systems, sourcing and hiring for junior to senior level candidates for various IT skills on different platforms. Prior have have work experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment in Capgemini as HR Senior Analyst. I had interned at Mahindra Finance as Employee Engagement in theory on Rewards and Recognition portal and finding third party vendors for more improvements over employee satisfaction and motivation.
