125 T Chiller System Installation- Managing the installation and commissioning of an chiller system for the engineering test cells. This involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, budgeting, controls integration, purchasing and timeline management. Redesign of Fuel Temperature Control SystemRedesigned the test cell fuel heating and cooling system to eliminate reliance on hot coolant and incorporate a fuel prefilter. Developing a control strategy to prevent thermal overshoot and support rapid cycling. New CAC Design and Integration- Designing a new CAC system for RTE emissions test cells and developing a strategy for its integration into test cells. This project includes initial volume and sizing calculations, logistics, budgeting, purchasing, data logging and data analysis, and is a growing area of focus. Humidifier and RO Skid Installation- Coordinating the complex setup of the Humidifier and RO system, including power, control, and pre-filtration requirements. Taking the lead on clarifying priorities and responsibilities among various contractors to drive the project forward. Muffler Support Design: Assessing structural failures in test cell mufflers and developing a revised support design that accounts for high-temperature conditions. Actively contributing to the technical side of the project and exploring design & simulations in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Ansys.Emissions Cart Relocation Project- Successfully managed a project to relocate the emissions cart within a tight 2.5-week deadline. This included creating eight potential AutoCAD layouts and updating old drawings to ensure accuracy.
