As a Technical Recruiter I bridge the gap between top Tech talent and employers in the finance sector. I use my hiring practices, creative problem solving, and analytical skills to deliver quality candidates on time and within budget. I also provide training and support to my team ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. I have a Master of Business Administration degree where I studied management and developed my interpersonal and communication skills. I have also obtained multiple certifications in public speaking, telephone and conference calls, and technical recruitment. I enjoy learning new skills and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in the recruitment industry. My mission is to strategically attract and align talent with new and meaningful career paths, and to contribute to the success of my organization and the finance sector.
