As the Head of Channel Management and Retail, my main focus is to drive the business of our Channel Partner Network. I am a key member of the leadership team and lead the development and implementation of channel strategies that align with our long-term business objectives.My primary responsibility is to build and maintain a strong, disciplined, and quality branded network of channel partners across the zone. This includes developing a GTM strategy, channel-related marketing, communication, and overall channel partner development.I am also responsible for developing the budget for zonal channel sales and driving sales and collection target achievements. To achieve this, I am focused on maintaining close strategic associations with key senior channel partners of zonal and regional significance.With my experience and expertise, I am committed to driving the growth of our Channel Partner Network and achieving our business objectives.
