   Lead CMMI Level 3 compliance initiatives by defining, standardising, and institutionalising organisational QA and governance processes across software and IT service projects. Conduct internal process audits aligned to ISO 9001, ISO ITSM, and ITIL frameworks, ensuring adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements. Provide ITIL-aligned governance oversight for ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management. Perform process compliance reviews and maturity assessments on ITSM workflows to support Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives. Manage SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit readiness, including evidence collection, ServiceNow-based tracking, gap analysis, and closure of audit findings. Prepare and present Management Review Meeting (MRM) and service governance reports to leadership, highlighting compliance status, risks, trends, and improvement actions. Collaborate with Agile Scrum and IT service delivery teams to embed QA, ITIL, and ITSM best practices into sprint cycles and operational workflows. Use JIRA for issue tracking, workflow governance, and alignment of delivery execution with quality and ITSM frameworks.
