In my current position my job role is supporting French customers in Order to Cash management (EX : Order entry, Quote request, Invoice, shipment, price related issues, strategizing case management, backlog management, expedite delivery, escalations).As an EMEA process key user, supporting team members with process knowledge to resolve customer\'s issues, running small projects in salesforce to help team members manage and improve their KPI. Created a SPOC team, leading them for all processes to support the team and increase accountability and confidence among the team members. Started taking interviews for language specific candidature, providing training to newbies and guiding to have good hold on process knowledge. Supporting team members to resolve different escalations.Being a member of the Cultural and Fun activity group, conducting small events on festivals and encouraging team members to participate in different team building activities.
