ABOUT TANUSHREE SOW MONDAL
Hi, my name is Tanushree.Soon to be a graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Economics from Lafayette College (January 2025).As for my previous experience, I was an HR extern at Merck & Co. where I shadowed the head of HR in Canada and Europe and conducted informational interviews to explore new HR strategies. Additionally, I am currently an EXCEL Scholar, where I analyze results in Excel, R, and Python to review organization standards on sustainable palm oil. Additionally, I was the President of the International Students Association, where I organized events to enhance global and multicultural awareness.As for my future, I hope to one day work in the Human Resources industry.As for my strengths: event coordination, conducting informational interviews, training guide development, training and development.
