I’m Tanushree — Tanu to most people who\'ve worked with me.I\'ve spent nearly two decades at the intersection of enterprise technology and strategic transformation. I started my career writing code. Then I became the person who could translate between the business and the builders and eventually, the person in the room helping organizations decide what to build, why, and what it would actually cost them to get it wrong.My work sits at a specific edge that most practitioners keep separate: deep platform knowledge combined with the ability to see above it. I don\'t just understand how enterprise systems work. I understand what they can\'t do, where the vendor pitch ends and the implementation reality begins, and what it takes to make transformation actually stick rather than stall after the pilot.Over the years I\'ve navigated every major wave in enterprise technology- service management, agile delivery, RPA and process intelligence, sustainability governance, and now AI. Each time, I\'ve gone deep before the wave became consensus. The use cases across all of them have never really changed: reduce the friction, surface the inefficiency, free people for higher-judgment work. What\'s changed is the capability ceiling. AI has raised it dramatically and most organizations are nowhere near ready to operate at it safely.That readiness gap is where I work.I build agentic AI prototypes to pressure-test strategy before it hits a boardroom. I develop governance frameworks for enterprises navigating the accountability questions that come with AI at scale : frameworks shaped by the same pattern-recognition I applied to ESG governance, because the problems are structurally identical. I advise on platform decisions with the benefit of having sat on multiple sides of the table: as a consultant, as an enterprise architect, and as someone who has spent time inside the vendor ecosystem understanding how the products are actually positioned versus how they\'re sold.I\'m not a specialist.
