My core competencies include IT sourcing, recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring and part of End-end recruitment process. In my current role, I source candidates for technical IT roles from various portals, such as LinkedIn In-recruiter, using Boolean strings, X-Rays Search, CV Library, Naukri, Indeed and other search techniques. I also practice an end-to-end recruitment procedure to place candidates in contract and permanent roles across the India, UK and Europe. I work with the management to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and execution, and to ensure the quality and efficiency of candidates. I also use data analytics skills to monitor and report on the recruitment metrics and outcomes. I am passionate about finding the best talent for the organization, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team.
