Working in Machine Learning using Python for development, Unix and SQL for execution and storing the desired input/output. Working in Operational Analytics, Intent Classification, Modelling, Sentiment Analysis on raw unstructured chat data and chat bot data of our telecom client using Natural Language Processing (NLP) in python (Spacy, Word2Vec, Sent2Vec) and some deep learning methods like RNN and CNN. Build automated end-to-end pipeline for reporting. Flow consists of taking raw unstructured data on daily basis, storing into database, pickle creation of input data, data cleaning and structuring, masking raw inputs of customer identifiable fields, identifying customer pain area from chat, intent classification/modelling based on the problem in hand and model validation and tuning, deploying and reporting.Build modules for spelling check and correction, specific meaningful keywords extraction from text without altering its context and sentiment, masking customer identifiable fields. Responsible in deriving one of the areas under Telecom namely chat audits in gathering requirements from the stakeholders and building the solutions as per business understanding in order to mimic and automate some of the humanly auditing processes.Applied techniques like Linear and Logistic Regression, Clustering, Classification, Modelling to derive business insights.
