Finance has been at the core of my professional journey—from understanding financial statements in depth to now steering toward a career in credit risk and financial analysis. After completing my Bachelor of Commerce (2023), I enhanced my technical foundation with a Post Graduate Program in Applied Finance from Masters’ Union, where I gained hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and accounting standards (IFRS, Ind AS). This program solidified my interest in the risk and analytical side of finance. I began my career at KPMG as an Audit Analyst, where I led and supported financial audits for several NIFTY 50 clients, focusing on internal controls, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. My time at KPMG (nearly 2 years) gave me strong exposure to corporate financial health, cash flow dynamics, and credit-impacting factors. Currently, I’m working at EY as an Audit Associate, continuing to deepen my understanding of financial systems, risk indicators, and business performance across sectors. With a strong command over financial statement analysis, audit risk, and compliance, I’m now actively transitioning into the credit risk and finance domain, aiming to contribute to risk management, credit underwriting, financial analytics, or investment roles in banking, fintech, or corporate finance environments.
