I directed the Finance Data Consolidation workstream, aligning product- and account-level data to enable unified regulatory reporting across two legacy architectures. Alongside this, I supported GAAP redesign, ledger simplification, and reductions in operational complexity—while maintaining stable and reliable reporting throughout the transition.My experience spans the full Finance value chain, from upstream data sourcing and accounting logic through ledger posting, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. I take end-to-end ownership of Finance change, ensuring platforms are modernised without compromising control, transparency, or reporting stability.I have also driven innovation within Finance, including pioneering UBS’s first cloud-native proof of concept for Fixed Income sub-ledger accounting. This initiative established a blueprint for future cloud adoption and demonstrated how technology can transform traditional Finance processes into solutions that are more scalable, efficient, and resilient.
