Assist with the recruitment process for assigned RFPs and Task Authorizations. Activities include thoroughly reading requirements, coordinating with internal members of staff (Account Executives, Proposal team, Contracting and Operations Support) to confirm requirements and making recommendations for resourcing. Perform searches for and identify qualified candidates through use of internal systems and external job boards. This may require posting a position, contacting resources to verify skills, availability, security clearance, and rates of pay. Negotiation of rates is necessary most of the time. He/she is also accountable to work with the sub-contractor to complete the grids/ matrices for a bid. • Perform required administrative tasks. This includes updating internal records in the \"recruiting\" system CRM with required resource information as it relates to a bid (per dims rates, scores, security clearance etc), maintaining spreadsheets used for large bids, creating/updating tracking sheets, updating Recruiter checklists and ensuring information is disseminated to appropriate personnel in a timely manner. • Participate in internal meetings to discuss recruiting progress and workload. • Build relationships with Independent Resources. This involves coordinating meetings with Independent Resources to share market information, gain market intelligence, and to build a positive rapport that will lead to a mutually beneficial working relationship. • Perform pro-active recruiting. This includes actively sourcing for candidates who are not currently in our database but who have marketable skills. This is done through use of networking, job boards and referrals. • Collaborate with internal ARM TEC personnel to foster an environment of team work, information sharing and continuous improvement. Within the ARM TEC workplace, and participating on internal working groups (as appropriate) for the advancement of the organization.
