Celebrating over a decade of excellence at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), my journey has been marked by a passion for innovation and resilience in corporate travel management. Initially leading the Travel and Events program for BCG India for six years, I played a pivotal role in managing comprehensive travel solutions, ensuring seamless experiences for the India system. My dedication led me to a coveted position within BCG\'s Global Travel Team, where I am responsible for operational innovations and fostering resilience in travel service delivery.In my role, I lead the charge of advancing global travel operations by forging strategic partnerships with our travel management partner and intensive collaboration with our local offices. I\'m committed to achieving global consistency in travel services while tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of our respective offices/systems. My expertise lies in delivering superior operational solutions that support the entire travel process, from planning to execution, without losing sight of cost efficiency and aligning traveler choices with BCG\'s overarching Global Travel Program goals.With over twenty years of experience in corporate travel, I\'ve cultivated enduring relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including travel agencies, airlines, hotels, transportation service providers, and event management companies, both in India and globally. This extensive network has been instrumental in my ability to deliver top-tier travel experiences and operational excellence.Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in exploring new destinations, immersing myself in the rich tapestry of cultures travel unveils. When not charting new courses in travel management or journeying across the globe, I am an avid reader of fiction, reveling in the myriad worlds and stories that books offer.
