RRI Vivarium Lab -Worked with Project Manager to deliver schematic design, design development, and construction documentation packages-Took project through Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) plan check and approvals-Spearheaded coordination and compliance for all jurisdictional requirements.Acted as permitting lead across all assigned lab projects, managing submissions and responses for LADBS and ensuring adherence to applicable building codes and regulations.
