I am the Founder of SurveySensum, an online customer feedback platform helping Automotive, Insurance, Banking, Multifinance and other sectors move from traditional market research (CATI/phone surveys, F2F research, etc) to online research methodologies and save 70% of their costs by getting actionable real-time customer feedback insights across journey touchpoints to boost customer satisfaction.
