   Project: The Children’s Place (US)- Owned end-to-end frontend delivery for PayPal integration via Adyen, taking over a mid-cycle implementation and driving it to production by closing open requirements, finalizing solution design, and coordinating with Product, Backend, QA, and external vendors- Led the Apple Pay migration from Braintree to Adyen, driving frontend architecture, executing a proof of concept, estimating and breaking down FE/BE workstreams, and delivering all frontend components on schedule for a successful go-live- Acted as primary frontend escalation point with Adyen, participating in multiple technical escalation calls to resolve complex integration blockers and ensure payment reliability- Delivered multiple concurrent initiatives alongside core payments work, including post-launch PayPal fixes for international orders, BOSS/BOPIS PayPal integration, and a UI-heavy Favorites revamp aligned with Figma designs and business timelines- Embedded temporarily with the Loyalty program team to accelerate delivery of frontend-intensive features, providing architectural guidance and optimized implementation approaches to meet aggressive deadlines- Produced high-level estimates, decomposed complex features into actionable stories, and supported workload balancing across teams to maintain predictable delivery- Contributed architectural input to improve modularity, reusability, and scalability of checkout and fulfilment frontend components while identifying performance optimization opportunities and roadmap-aligned refactors to reduce tech debt- Implemented GenAI-assisted Figma-to-UI workflows by providing rich project context, architectural constraints, and design guidelines in prompts, significantly reducing UI development time and improving design-to-code accuracy.
