Accountable for generating selling price proposals for newly developed products and quotation for special product request.• Prepare cost analysis, Canadian analysis and US analysis.• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring that data is accurate and easily accessible indaily basis.• Providing customer service to Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Order entryand Sales representatives.• Creates and maintains Master Data and Bill of Materials (BOM) in AS400.• Review and implement Price List Changes (PLCs) and proses new option codes for theprice list.• Maintain accurate vendor product and option cost.• Creates and maintain fabric names and codes in AS400.• Creates new parts quotes for global express customer service.• Update/creates products in Product Master, Model Component, Bill of Material, Vendor Cross and UPC in AS400.• Creates barcodes of products using LABLEVIEW software.• Review and implement Engineering Change Notice (ECNs)• Customer Service- Answer written or verbal queries from internal staff about products on a timely manner.
