In my role as a Catastrophe Modeling Analyst, I analyze exposure data to assess and model the risk across different regions, property types due to the natural disasters using the advanced modeling tool Touchstone AIR while also utilizing Exposure Hub to model terrorism-related risks and exposures to help insurance companies assess their exposure and make well-informed decisions. By predicting the potential financial consequences of various catastrophic events like storms and earthquake, floods, wildfires etc, I support insurers to develop strategies for pricing, coverage and manage exposure to disaster risks.
