I am an Agribusiness graduate with hands-on experience in palm oil plantation operations through a Management Trainee program at Triputra Agro Persada. I have been exposed to end-to-end plantation processes, including nursery management, field maintenance, and operational supervision. I am also currently working as a Research & Development Laboratory Technician, where I developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and data reporting skills. I am highly motivated to build a career in the plantation industry, particularly in nursery and field operations. I am adaptable, fast learner, and ready to be placed on site areas. I am open to opportunities as a Plantation Assistant, Nursery Assistant, or Field Assistant.
