I\'m a builder of things that stick.Whether that\'s launching Innovation Hubs from scratch, architecting accountability frameworks for distributed teams, or turning complex strategy into action on the ground. I thrive at the intersection of people, culture, and execution.Over the past few years, I\'ve worn a lot of hats: I\'ve scaled Canada\'s top talent acquisition brand to new regions, architected legacy processes and programs, orchestrated engagement for both technologists and physicians, and guided major organizational transitions.
