I oversee the organizing, communications, logistics, event planning, advocacy, human resources, data, and technology systems of the organization, ensuring alignment with its vision, mission, and goals.As a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, I have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies and policies for talent acquisition, retention, development, and performance management. I also have extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including unions, media, government, and community partners.
