Of the current portfolio, approximately of those units are build-for-rent (BFR) communities under management, positioning Stellar among the most active and experienced teams in this rapidly growing segment. At the same time, we maintain deep capabilities across garden, mid-rise, and high-rise communities. With the people, systems, and infrastructure already in place, we’re built to operate as a fully integrated partner.
