   As a Principal Platform Engineer, I specialize in driving enterprise-wide DevOps transformations. My work is centered on modernizing CI/CD pipelines, building scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks from the ground up, and embedding security throughout the development lifecycle.I successfully led our migration to a modern CI/CD framework using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and established a trunk-based development workflow as the new organizational standard. I also architected and implemented the company\'s IaC practice with Terraform and Ansible, and championed a \"shift-left\" security posture by integrating Wiz for automated container scanning. Beyond technical execution, I am passionate about fostering a culture of engineering excellence. I founded and led the HCHB Craftsmanship Guild, a community of practice that hosted over 100 technical workshops annually to mentor and elevate the skills of the entire engineering organization.
