With almost 14 years of experience in engineering, sales, and management, I am currently the Director of Sales (PT)- Americas at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær, a global leader in test and measurement solutions. I am responsible for leading and strategically utilizing a talented team of 50 Sales and Application Engineers in North America, who support our sales efforts in pre-sale, post-sale, seminar, and project work.My mission is to bridge the gap between personal relations and technical expertise, and to help our customers get the most out of their test and measurement equipment and solutions. I have a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, with a focus on acoustics and sound and vibration measurement. I leverage my engineering skills and acoustics knowledge to solve challenging engineering problems, and to provide technical guidance and support to our sales team and customers. I also create and set objectives for my team, and drive internal productivity initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, and that enhance the reputation and performance of HBK.
