   As CFO for ERCBee, I played a key leadership role in shaping the financial foundation of the company from the ground up. My responsibilities included planning, developing, organizing, and implementing all accounting functions in full compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). I was instrumental in building our internal financial systems and processes to support rapid growth and regulatory alignment.A significant part of my role involved overseeing the preparation and submission of Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) filings. I led the strategy and execution of these complex tax processes, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with IRS guidelines, and timely filing for hundreds of clients. This included collaborating with our accounting and legal partners to develop standardized templates and procedures, training internal teams, and personally reviewing client submissions to maximize credit eligibility.My work not only ensured financial accuracy and compliance but also played a vital role in securing essential funding for our clients, helping them navigate one of the most challenging periods in recent economic history.
