Starting with capital raising, underwriting, construction/permitting, marketing, property management, asset management and much more. I created prospect list of all multi-family complexes in King County sorted by year built, number of units, and owner contact info. I got a chance to get a basic understanding of how development projects can go from an idea to consistent recurring revenue and the steps it takes to get there.
