I am a driven young professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from The Ohio State University. Throughout college, I was heavily involved in extracurricular activities as well as holding internships within the insurance industry. It was during these experiences that I discovered my passion for organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, talent development, program management, and project management.Today, I serve as a Senior People Partner at Arity, where I collaborate closely with senior leaders to drive business-aligned people strategies.
