I’ve always been fascinated by the way projects evolve—how a building takes shape from the drawing board to reality, transforming spaces and impacting lives. This led me to a rich career with over 23 years of experience in real estate and construction. I\'ve led diverse projects, including integrated logistics parks, high-end residential townships, malls, and industrial complexes. As a skilled project director, I specialize in managing complex construction initiatives, building and leading high-performing teams, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. My expertise spans project management, core construction, contract negotiation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams—PMCs, architects, engineers, and vendors—to deliver innovative and sustainable building & infrastructure solutions. I hold a BE degree (2001) and an Executive PGDM in Marketing (2008), and my career has allowed me to handle multiple projects simultaneously, each varying in construction methods and target market segments. I specialize in high-rise buildings (foundation to fit-out), hospitals, retail outlets, industrial townships, residential and mixed-use townships, and petrochemicals. My key achievements include: Leading the end-to-end development of West Bengal’s first integrated logistics park, managing all aspects from inception to completion. Building and scaling a high-performing team, growing in-house resources from zero to over 30 professionals. Successfully completing a diaphragm wall with a steel strut support structure, ensuring structural integrity and safety. Beyond work, I’m passionate about playing chess, delivering guest lectures, and volunteering as a trainer—combining my love for mentorship with a commitment to continuous learning.
