I bring 13 years of overall experience, with the last 10 years focused on HR Technology and 5 years working as a Workday Consultant.Throughout my career, I have gained experience in understanding HR business processes and translating them into technology-driven solutions. My journey in HR technology has allowed me to work closely with different stakeholders, support system implementations, and continuously learn how technology can improve HR operations.Over the past five years as a Workday Consultant, I have been involved in configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday solutions, particularly in areas related to integrations, reporting, and HR processes. This experience has strengthened my ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and functional HR needs.I’m passionate about continuous learning, solving complex problems, and leveraging HR technology to create efficient and scalable solutions.
