I am currently working as an IT Support Executive at HCL Technologies, where I assist end users with technical issues, primarily related to laptops and software systems. This role has given me a strong foundation in troubleshooting, communication, and user support.Driven by a deep interest in cloud computing and automation, I am actively transitioning toward a career in Cloud and DevOps. I have completed the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification, and I’m currently learning Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines through hands-on practice and online courses.I’m looking to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting while continuing to grow. My goal is to join a team where I can contribute to cloud infrastructure, automate workflows, and help drive innovation. Open to opportunities for internships, entry-level cloud roles, or DevOps projects.
