I enable our existing customer relationships and support new business acquisition by creating winning propositions aimed at customers\' business and technology needs. My role involves- Creating differentiated propositions based on market trends and customer aspirations- Aligning internal capabilities and partner solutions for delivering the propositions- Creating artefacts, including POCs and prototypes- Taking the propositions to market through our Sales teams, Marketing and Thought Leadership initiatives and Analyst interactions.Over the last two years, I have led our capability presentations to industry analysts in the domains of Capital Markets and Asset & Wealth Management. These presentations have led to \"Leader\"/\"Star Performer\" recognitions for HCL Technologies by analysts such as Everest, Avasant and HFS.We have recently developed a Trade Surveillance solution for one of the world\'s largest investment banks. It is an AI / Generative AI based solution to facilitate Surveillance Analysts in detecting market abuse by traders. The solution helps identify and summarise relevant market news and inter-trader communications, apart from generating closure notes. I led the business understanding and design for the solution. This is expected to deliver efficiencies of close to 80%. My immediate previous role was Global Practice Director - Retail & Corporate Banking, where I performed functions similar to my current role. Among other achievements, I led a team in creating a fully-Digital Composable Bank, stitching together multiple partner platforms and HCL solutions to deliver best-in-class customer journeys and innovative retail banking features. In an earlier role, I was the Lead Client Services Manager in HCL’s Application Development and Application Support & Maintenance engagement with one of the world’s largest investment banks. In that role, I performed onsite Program Management and Customer Relationship Management functions.
