About Tanmay Dhanote
Growing up in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, I spent many weekends inside my family’s factory watching machines being modified, prototypes built, and production systems improved. Seeing ideas turn into real industrial solutions sparked my fascination with engineering, manufacturing systems, and problem-solving. After working in semiconductor equipment R&D at Applied Materials in the United States, I returned to India to bring that same engineering discipline and systems thinking into traditional industries.Today, I work across multiple ventures that combine manufacturing, innovation, and global opportunity creation. At Cap & Seal (Indore) Pvt Ltd, we manufacture precision aluminum ROPP closures for beverage and pharmaceutical companies, exporting to 35+ countries. Through Surya Cement Pipe Industries, we produce high-strength RCC Hume Pipes used in infrastructure development across Madhya Pradesh. I also founded Globeshala Consultants, helping students explore international education pathways and global career opportunities.My core interest lies in modernizing traditional industries through engineering, automation, and systems thinking. I spend a large part of my time experimenting with robotics, factory automation, and custom machine development that can bring affordable automation to MSMEs and industrial operations. Long term, my goal is to build ventures that combine technology, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship to create meaningful industrial progress while expanding global opportunities for the next generation.
