I am a Scientist and R&D Manager with 10+ years of global and cross-cultural work experience in the design of molecular and material platforms for energy-related applications, and in the development of industrial process fluids, as demonstrated by 3500+ citations from 45+ peer-reviewed scientific publications, 1 granted US patent, and 1 patent application. An in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art analytical, spectroscopic and photophysical techniques, as well as expertise in scientific writing and technical communication runs complementary to my synthetic, materials science and lubricant formulating skills. Being skilled in research project management, I can meet tight budgets, meet aggressive deadlines, build and lead cross-functional collaborations, and communicate science in a succinct and lucid manner to stakeholders.
