Schedule management of different stakeholders/Vendors along with master schedule controlling also Establish and maintain project governance and communication frameworks.2. Handling CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) design for entire facility and value engineering implementation during design process.9. Handling over coordination and ensuring implementation of company policies for smooth handover to internal facility & operation team also Conducting regular project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve future projects.
