New Product Development (NPD): Involved in packaging development for new SKUs as per client requirements and enhancing sustainability and functionality through continuous innovation. Key Line Drawings (KLDs): Creating accurate KLDs for all new products. Aligning internal teams and clients with precise dimensions and technical specifications. Design Support & Artwork Development: Assisting clients in artwork creation and refinement. Advising on design elements, printing feasibility, special effects, and optimal file setup for production. Ensuring artworks translate flawlessly into final packaging outputs. Printing & Production Oversight: Involved in all production stages: printing, lamination, effects, die-cutting, pasting, and final assembly. Supervising curing, quality checkpoints, and ensuring seamless execution of packaging orders.🤝 Vendor Evaluation & Management Evaluating existing vendors through detailed quality checks. Guiding vendors on process improvements and approving sampling from new vendors. Procurement Coordination: Procurement of all packaging materials and ensuring timely avilability. Quality Control & Assurance: In-process checks, final inspection, documentation, and root cause analysis for deviations. Preparing COAs for every packaging material after validating quality checks.🧪 Testing & Validation: Performance tests for strength, barrier properties, shelf-life, and compatibility with products.
