Hi, as you seen my profile I have got an experience of about 1 year 2 months, in which the most of my experience was in the construction sector, and the other two months, I needed to understand the basic of marketing, In my job experience I have faced many challenges mostly at the time where my site was at an initial phase where the piling was most challenging and The soil conditions were tough, our team dealt with these challenges and contributed the work to success, And also did solve some of the problems during pier cap where shuttering dimensions was wrong and had to change the shuttering at a less time. After that I also got a glimpse of marketing in the Insurance sector. In my achievements I would say that, I haven\'t achieved a lot but can say that I have cracked one of the toughest exam in India \'CAT\', where I scored a decent precentile to get into an IIM which was my aim since my undergradiation days.
