I’m a hands-on engineer and team builder with 7+ years of experience across Full Stack Development, Platform Infrastructure, Data Engineering and team leadership — having worked in both early-stage startups and global product organizations.I started my journey at TIAA, where I learned how to build robust systems within structured enterprise teams. Over time, I gravitated toward smaller, high-impact environments like Tickled Media and Fountain9, taking on increasing ownership across product engineering, infrastructure, and client delivery.After Fountain9’s acquisition by Rappi, I proposed and launched a dedicated Data Engineering team within the Fountain9 unit to support our ML product. As acting team lead (now formally Tech Lead), I’ve built and managed a high-performing team, stabilized complex production pipelines, and introduced scalable engineering and support processes.While I currently lead a data-focused team, my long-term focus is on leading full stack product engineering teams — combining technical leadership with mentoring, product thinking, and high-quality software delivery. I enjoy building systems that matter, and helping teams scale with clarity and impact.
