I am currently part of the RBI Compliance team at Axis Bank, where I manage on-site regulatory inspections, act as the central liaison with RBI’s SSM division, and ensure end-to-end coordination for data validation and regulatory submissions. My role involves participating in risk-focused meetings with RBI officials, addressing complex regulatory queries, and driving cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the bank’s compliance posture and risk governance framework.During my summer internship at Indian Bank\'s Risk Management Department, I worked on three key projects: estimating Probability of Default using transition matrices, modelling Expected Credit Loss (ECL) under IFRS 9 using Z-Score and regression techniques, and assessing Credit VaR to quantify Economic Capital through Monte Carlo simulations. These projects sharpened my understanding of credit risk, regulatory compliance, and portfolio risk modelling in a real-world banking environment.Postgraduate in Banking & Financial Services from NIBM, Pune—an apex institution under the Reserve Bank of India—with a strong foundation in credit, risk, banking strategy, financial markets, and consulting, combining academic insight with real-world application in the BFSI domain.I\'m driven by the intersection of finance, risk, and strategy. I enjoy solving real-world problems through data, improving decision-making, and creating value through structured thinking.
