Working on the Design & Development of a Azista 100 Bus for a ABA First Runner satellite platform;Key Components:• Spearheading the design and development of the Azista 100 Bus on the ABA First Runner satellite platform, encompassing system-level integration planning and testing.• Power Control Unit (PCU): An advanced unit responsible for distributing power to various loads. It features multiple power and communication interfaces, and includes a fuse capable of handling undervoltage, overvoltage, and overcurrent conditions. Additionally, it incorporates a retry functionality to ensure reliable operation.• Expanding the Power Control Unit (PCU) subsystem and electronics lab team to enhance capabilities.• 7s3P Battery Pack: Designed for the electrical power system of the Azista 100 Bus Platform, this sophisticated battery pack includes a Battery Management Unit (BMU) with Overcurrent Protection (OCP), Overvoltage Protection (OVP), Undervoltage Protection (UVP), cell balancing mechanisms, and State of Charge (SoC) measurements. It also integrates a Battery Charging Unit (BCU) to manage charging processes efficiently.
