Providing Overseas Support for Spare Part Procurement:Regions: Supporting 5 USA region plants with procurement from Slovakia, China, and India.Responsibilities: Order handling and processing (PR to PO conversion, order follow-ups, order expeditions).Cost-saving activities: Daily high PO value checks (order value > 500 EUR), demand assessment with customers based on consumption trends.Observing and analyzing PO price variations, Fixing outline agreements and purchase info records as necessary. Monitoring reorder levels monthly by analyzing consumption trends.Stock policies: Deciding which items to keep in stock. Lead time updates based on changing loading, picking, and packing times. Ensuring KPIs such as OTD performance (95%) and inventory rotation/turn. Handling customer complaints.Preparing monthly MIS reports.
