I like to create innovative ideas and approaches that convert immediate structural challenges into efficient and durable solutions over time. I believe in working towards improving the constructability of projects throughout the design process to achieve optimized and wholistic design. I specialize in seismic design and analysis of simple or complex structures alike, whether these structures require Performance Based Design or lend themselves to a more straightforward approach. I work with various delivery methods including fast-track and design-build delivery systems and am a strong advocate of integrating teams for project success.It is inspiring for me to see how the buildings we create have a positive impact on the people and society around us, whether it is through ground-breaking research being performed in them or by creation of spaces for the community to come together.
