For me, Employer Branding is the supreme discipline of Brand management, because work plays such an essential role in all of our lives.I’m a Senior Expert in the field of Branding, Employer Branding and Brand Performance and started my career in the advertising business. I took my experience to build and develop the Employer Brand of the world\'s leading strategic consulting firm BCG, initially in the G&A region and today I\'m mastering all facets of Branding, Employer Branding and Digital Marketing - from strategic development, market research and creative planning to the details of targeting, performance media and conversion tracking.
